THE PROPOSALS

Metacre Ltd. is delighted to invite residents, businesses and stakeholders to attend a public consultation exercise in relation to emerging proposals for the development of land off Lowe Hill Road, Wem.

The site is mostly identified within Shropshire Council’s adopted ‘SAMDev Plan’ as a housing allocation. The proposal is to provide up to 100 residential dwellings in accordance with the local plan allocation.

HOW DO I COMMENT?

You are invited to attend the event and review the information boards containing the emerging scheme, discuss the proposals with the professional team, and provide your feedback, which will help inform the proposals.

There will be feedback forms available at the event for you to submit comments, or you can contact us with any questions or requests for further information at: corin.williams@savills.com

We would be grateful if comments could reach the team by 20 December 2019.

Any comments received by the team are not representations to the planning authority. An opportunity to submit representations to the planning authority will be available when the planning application is submitted.
