WEM CARNIVAL
Saturday 4th September 2010
With 2 exciting parades of dancing troupes, marching bands, decorated floats and fancy dress.
Parades are free to watch and are a wonderful way to spend an hour or two soaking up the unique carnival atmosphere
Gala Field
Come down to the field to see special performances from marching bands and dance troupes throughout the afternoon between the two parades. Take a stroll around the field, browse around the stalls and get close to a helicopter from RAF Shawbury (weather permitting).

Parades start at 1.30 p.m and an illuminated parade at 7.30 p.m
(please note roads close 30 minutes before the start of each parade)
